Fervent Care currently provides convenient telehealth appointments, allowing you to receive care from the comfort and privacy of your home.

Many patients can schedule directly with us; however, referral requirements may depend on your insurance plan.

Your provider will discuss your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current medications, concerns, and treatment goals. Together, you will discuss appropriate treatment options and next steps.
